- An item that may have been returned due to carton or packaging damage - the item is in perfect working order but may not contain the original packaging
- An item that may have been used for display or demonstration purposes - the item is in perfect working order but may have cosmetic blemishes and may not contain the original packaging
- An item that is classed as "excess" or "end of line" stock - this item is in perfect working order at a reduced price
Where do we get our "Factory Seconds" from?
- All of our "Factory Seconds" come direct from the supplier or manufacturer.
- These are "NOT" second hand items!
Do "Factory Seconds" come with a manufacturer's warranty?
- All of our "Factory Seconds" come complete with a minimum of 12 months manufacturer's warranty (not on cosmetics) unless otherwise stated.
What are the freight options on the "Factory Seconds"?
- Pick up is preferred on "Factory Seconds" as the majority of the time the item is fully assembled. However, delivery can be arranged if necessary (freight charges will apply depending on your location)
- Please note that freighted items will "NOT" be in the original packaging
